Management, Training, and Communication with Employees - Anonymous employee Lester Employee Review

Poor training, 3rd day there after running 2nd in line to their top calling associate who had been there 8 years working in the brick in mortar. I was told how wonderful I was doing and it was awesome keep pushing and I could beat her. this was friday evening. Monday I went to work worked 2 hours and manager came to me and said I was doing so poorly she had to let me go. REALLY?!?!
