Not worth it in my opinion. Management is somewhat made up of empty suits. All talk, no action. Very passive aggressive if you do something that is against the "culture". Lots of gas-lighting can be expected if you are not well-liked to manipulate you. That's the small part of it, the environment is a mess especially on the data-tech side of things. A culture where works get delegated from top-bottom with no protection for interns or juniors. If you make constructive criticism on reviews, you will be deemed and shunted from the entire group. Very animalistic mindset that would normally expect from old boomers. Things need to change. Fortunately, I have just joined. Do you think I can understand an entire company culture within 2 weeks? D
