      Excellent culture and work environment; management who truly care about their employees; free health insurance for employees and their families; fun events and perks; 100% remote for non-essential employees; employee-owned company; great people!

      Look at the reviews and see how unbalanced they are. 1 star reviews followed immediately by a 5 star review with limited context. These are fake reviews to keep their ratings up. The employee best places work reviews are all internal survey monkeys and are fake as well. Stay away unless you want to do the work of 3 people, deal with a million process changes without structure, micromanagement, and develop health problems.... If fake reviews need to created on Glassdoor, imagine the culture. YOU WERE WARNED. READ THE PRIOR REVIEWS.
