Amazing to have experience in the gaming area

Cons

Low compensation, high workload and extra hours, low salaries. Since the old time CEO left, the company started doing some crazy decisions. They were “client pleasers” so they normally wanted to have their clients satisfied, sacrificing the mental sanity of junior employees. I used to see 1-2 folks quitting every week, just in my area. They promised a raise during the promotion but never happened. They were always looking your weakest points to point and judge your work but if the client did something wrong, they passed it out all the time because they did not want to stop receiving high amounts of cash. Tons of money not well spent, in failed influencer/streaming campaigns, while the local staff was struggling to pay bills at home. They said they were Inclusive, but you just see white straight men or women on the Direction area and higher job positions.
