      - Company has been going down hill for the past 3 years - Leadership claims to be transparent but sits in meetings all day trying to figure out how to cut cost and offshore more work.

      Awesome place to work. Very flexible working hours and are encouraged to take PTO. You get the freedom to speak up on projects no matter your level

      Right now promotions are hard to come by and we are loosing some of our best people
