Levi9 has a strong engineering culture with many experienced and helpful people. Teams are generally collaborative, and there is a good level of knowledge sharing across projects. I had the opportunity to work on serious client projects, with modern frontend and full-stack technologies, in agile teams, and with a good amount of ownership. The company can be a good environment for engineers who want to grow through project work, learn from colleagues, and gain experience across different domains. Internal initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical discussions were also valuable.

As with many outsourcing companies, career growth and day-to-day experience can depend heavily on the client, project, and team setup. In some cases, the company strategy and internal messaging can feel disconnected from the realities of client work and the broader market. There has also been noticeable uncertainty due to market conditions and organizational changes, which can affect stability and long-term confidence. For senior engineers, the challenge is that the role can sometimes become strongly tied to client delivery, with fewer opportunities to shape product or technical direction beyond the assigned project.
