The people are great, everyone from engineers to the upper management. People are talented and knowledgeable. There is room for you to grow and learn a lot. You are an important member of the team, and your ideas and opinions matter to the team. Easy to reach upper management to discuss and share new ideas, suggestions.

As with any startup, there is some uncertainty about future prospects of the company.

Focuses on engineering and design. CTO is very technically competent, albeit a bit particular on certain things. Some good engineers. Not much company politics, very sociable people.

A bit complacent. People are generally happy with where they are, and don't try that hard to really excel. The company, despite its products, has no future. The business management side is very poorly done. No real customers despite years of effort. The technical management is fine from a "let's fix this bug" perspective, but not very business-savvy or time-aware.
