Personally, I feel that we have retained all of the great things about our culture, including work-life balance while enjoying the benefits of our relationship with Xerox. Companies, like people, need to constantly change and evolve in order to grow and prosper. I know that process can be difficult for many people and we do our best to help them in the transition. Letting go of the past is often challenging and even painful, but the cost of complacency is worse. 2014 was a record year for Lewan and it ensured stability for almost 400 employees and their families. The growth we have experienced has been exciting and rewarding for our people. I am so sorry that it did not work out for you.
