Boring & repetitive work No individual recognition given for sales successes, no constructive criticism given for improvements (didn't receive one piece of positive/ constructive feedback during my 15 months) Lack of ongoing training, staff development, support Shifts are often cancelled, 'postponed' and never replaced 14+ day gaps in between shifts in quiet periods (not mentioned in induction) Lack of incentives Will request your availability 6 months in advance

Not many though you do get the opportunity to meet a lot of people

hard work, constant sales, LEX are pretty good but some of the brands are challenging. Some management you have to deal with at stores are the type people who have let the role go to their heads.
