      They allow for mostly independent work.

      Cons

      Budget is limited, impossible to please tenants due to financial constraints. Property in serious distress, management takes too much $$ off the top, leaves the property and the employees with little or nothing.

      Pros

      Great on-call pay, most staff can be very friendly. Really nice neighborhood and residents for the most part.

      Cons

      Understaffed Maintenance. No on-call mileage. Decreased pay due to "bonuses." Poor bonus structure. Significant delays with corporate actions. No training - you just have to figure it out as you go. They do not believe in preventative maintenance.
