      Pros

      Good staff, commissions, flexibility (depending on your property manager). If you enjoy meeting people, you'll have plenty of opportunities to do so.

      Cons

      No one in middle or upper management is experienced at managing people, bonus structure has been more or less phased out, relentless micromanagement from higher-ups. Very little appreciation for staff.

      Pros

      Great on-call pay, most staff can be very friendly. Really nice neighborhood and residents for the most part.

      Cons

      Understaffed Maintenance. No on-call mileage. Decreased pay due to "bonuses." Poor bonus structure. Significant delays with corporate actions. No training - you just have to figure it out as you go. They do not believe in preventative maintenance.
