Pros

The pros of working here were I never had to worry about being fired because there was always enough turnover they couldn't afford to fire anyone.

Cons

Low base pay, only 3% raises every year, low commission, continuous turnover, horrid COVID safety policies, PTO? who is she?, and people in leadership have no right being in leadership.

We appreciate your feedback. Our COVID policies meet or exceed all national and state requirements and are ones we take very seriously. Leadership also encourages taking earned PTO, even extending the rollover deadline so employees won’t lose any time off. HR’s door is always open if you would like to discuss further.

Pros

The people you work with are mission driven. Truly helping first responders.

Cons

1. Leadership not tenured long at all. 2. Leadership are not mission driven people at all but claim to be. 3. Lot of leadership turnover. 4. Became very political. 5. Everyone right now is CYA and brown nosing. 6. No job security at all. Will hire and fire without cause. VERY high turnover. 7. Companies reputation is going down. 8. They are eliminating sales people currently, so if you get hired as one, its temporary to build pipeline and close.
