1. They wont consider u as employee ,(read cons for clarification)

1.they will treat as if they own you 2. no professionalism 3. all the politics in the world 4. they cut your salary for silly reason( this is where you realize ua not in corporate world) 5. Never argue with these pple or you will be the target till the end 6. they will tell that they can offer you company shares, but shares will be equal to your salary itself, 7. company policies changes based on their mood(policy may change every 2nd day) If we question them she will say, its my company I can do whatever I want 8. They revert back your HIKE without any reason and formal intimation 9. they say that they hate politics but they themselves are players 10. they will never think about the employees, all they want you to work for them without expecting anything in return 11. they wont inform you abt your performance, they will waiting for your upraisal, they dont want us to improve, so that they cn blame us for our mistakes in the hike meeting, 12. Never fall for BOND(agreement), they are good at taking advantage

No matter how many "Good Reviews" That are written by the owners of this business, the true reviews by employees will not be buried. The upper management here are blatantly disrespectful with no interest in any of their employee's inputs or thoughts. The "training" provided is 0/10 and they force you to take assessment after assessment based on a product that does not work properly and become upset and demeaning when you do not answer questions properly. Will laugh in your face as well as when you leave the room. They are offended when told knowledge is a reflection of training. They cannot handle or are not used to criticism, so will become offensive. Severely low pay for what is asked of employees, you will be doing nothing that is listed in your job description. No proper procedures are set in place for anything, including COVID. They will brainstorm for any reason to fire someone who is out sick with COVID and on salary. No respect breaks, i.e. trying to hand out tasks to someone on their breaks and encouraging employees to work through lunch breaks, "work-break" that you will not be paid for. Horrible micromanagement practices that prohibits growth and completion of tasks. Every singe thing is on their time which is completely inefficient. Also, be sure to always check your pay stubs here!
