      Pros

      I have been with LCG for a little while now and have enjoyed every moment of it. Management allows you to work your own deals without micromanagement, which is common in sales. Plenty of incentives to go around. If you are a self-starter, there is money to be made. The homecooked meals aren't a bad thing either. The work environment is very comfortable with regard to coworkers, management, as well as music and temperature. Thanks for all the support.

      Pros

      Fast turn times for outside agents. Great systems in place to be successful. Leads! Management is on top of their game, responsive, and reward hard work. I got a loan from submission, to docs, to funding in less than 4 hours! They pay on time every time! I am Liberty agent for life.

      Pros

      I have been here for over 5 years and about to hit my 6th. I'm still proud to be part of Liberty Capital's Team! For the last 4 years, I've been hitting over 6 figure and not many can consistently offer that stable job in a fast-moving industry. I've earned my book of business that it makes it hard to leave to just start over.

      Cons

      I choose to stay because there are no reasons to leave.
