They pay you basically nothing for working 20 campaigns with no benefits whatsoever. In regular music pr, NO ONE works more than 10-15 campaigns at once.

Sorry you feel this way, the flexibility of the freelancer model allows you to pick and choose the number of campaigns you work. You are never forced to do anything or work on anything you don't want to.
