      Had the chance to work with great colleagues.

      Cons

      They stopped paying salaries, kept lying about it just being a delay and even after everyone left they still haven't paid anything, Never even issued an apology.

      salary, HMO, get together, incentives

      Cons

      bad leadership...They dont care about you. You can lose your job at anytime. Job security is on a negative scale. You might not even get confirmed for a year even after you meet the criteria in 6 months. If you join Team Abuja, you will never get incentives. It is a toxic environment. You can take the job if you have no other option but note that there is no career growth. It is all Telesales.

      - Significant delays in salary payments, with no payments received for over six months. - Poor communication and lack of accountability from management regarding payment issues. - Unreliable and untrustworthy when it comes to fulfilling contractual obligations.
