-Each campus can be a vastly different atmosphere and everyone tries to be chill and normal about it but, it is really concerning that each campus has a slightly different culture.
-It is just flat-out hard to work and worship in the same place. It's complicated and weird that your boss is also your pastor. The same guy who yells at you in a staff meeting for not getting the numbers you were supposed to get that weekend, is the same guy who's supposed to lead you on stage and be there to help pastor you on the weekends.
-Sharing every single thing about your personal, professional, spiritual, financial, romantic, etc. life the expectation. It felt like there were no boundaries.
