Pros

Helping out different communities in a 3 hour radius.

Cons

Hourly rates are different. You are paid minimum wage for drive time, and your actually hourly rate only while you actually scan. So it's like working a part-time job. Patient load is unrealistic with only 3 hours of scan time most days.

No communication, low pay, being asked to work above pay grade, underfunded travel expenses and POOR MANAGEMENT!!
