The building is nice and the equipment used is up to date.

This company lies to employees as well as poor undeserving senior citizens. Employees are told they can make above the starting rate because of experience they will give you an offer letter with that payrate and pay you at lower rate hoping you don’t notice. You are pressured to tell lies to seniors and disabled vets and civilians with made up stories and scare tactics of slip and falls. Agents are pressured to keep the customer online and convince them that the number to what they were calling was changed not true at all, the agent promises to find a correct number which is not going to happen it just give them time to sell you the device. Rules constantly change and if you don’t sell in a couple days they will terminate you.
