      Owner is kind, but wacky, health issues make the work environment unprofessional at times, constant changes make for a lack of normalcy and continuity. Must be willing to adapt constantly.

      Lots of support from colleagues and LPI staff. The curriculum is fun to teach. The school attracts quality students.

      Pay is low for the work that goes into teaching, meeting with students, and doing performance evaluations.
