Refuses to grow out of small ministry mindset - Anonymous employee Life Teen Employee Review

The organization is run like it's still a small youth ministry at parish and not like it's a multi-million dollar organization. There is lack of accountability for many issues including the treatment of women and people of color. Not a safe environment for LGBTQIA+ identifying people.
