      If you want to do work that matters and enjoy great benefits while being hands on this is the place for you.

      Cons

      The work is centered around death as we help facilitate the gifts of life from donors and their families. This isn’t for everyone, but if you see the hope and humanity that comes from donation it balances the difficult content of the work.

      I love my job here! It is amazing to help donors and donor families to carry out the wish of organ donation gift and allow the donor to live on!

      Cons

      24 hour shifts can be brutal, but are also a blessing to work and life balance!

      The goal to help in the donation and transplant world

      Cons

      Tribalism, everyone gossips about everyone, and report each other behind their backs. Management shows favoritism and extremely unprofessional. Lack of accountability between employees and failure of proper education. Extremely hostile and intimidating environment.
