Pros

The laid back atmosphere, casual dress code, and (most of) the people are great. You are given a lot of freedom to do your job as you see fit.

Cons

The software breaks frequently and no one really seems to care. The "progress" made by development is not competitive with industry standards. The website is an awful user experience. Major clients are starting to leave - the entire industry is going away. This might be silly, but people are also really dirty. Food is constantly rotting in the fridge and dirty dishes are left on desks and in the sink. That's why the building has mice - yuck!

Pros

Great people to work with, flexible work schedule. Working in a real internet service/software company, online marketing and graphic design experience available. Plenty of work to do

Cons

No career ladder to speak of, the management team resigned. Photo printing industry is on the decline.

Pros

-This shouldn't even be a pro because it's a given. The people are great. -schedule is flexible.

Cons

-Executive team over promises to clients and puts the pressure on employees with very little resources. -No processes. If there is one developed then no one utilizes it because management doesn't follow through. -development team is in denial about software solution. It's very old and hacked together for 5+ years. -teams don't collaborate because management silo's channels. -you can't have an omni channel experience when the channels don't collaborate or are not invited to the same meetings. -no proper QA so things break all the time. Usually the equivalent of smoke testing is only done.
