Pros

Organ and Tissue Donation saves lives

Cons

Bad Culture, Stay Away, Do Not Work Here. Go Elsewhere. The worst job culture I have ever experienced. CEO out of touch. Top talent will be fired because managers worried they may be more successful then them. What they say and what they do are the polar opposite. CEO needs to step down as she isn't concerned with culture or employees only her extravagant paycheck. Message to the CEO, don't listen to the Managers they are liers. They tell you only what will allow them to push their agenda. You need to listen to the employees, are they happy? What would they change? Who is the cancer within Lifesource? Do you feel rewarded? Have you seen strong employees terminated because of manager bias? Are we getting better and moving forward as a company? Happy employees are not always looking to move away from a company, they love what they do and are loyal to the company. Simply not the case here at Lifesource, work in retail until you get another offer. McDonald's always hiring great bridge job.

Pros

There is job flexibility, incredible opportunities to create friendships, and ultimately, the choice to craft a powerful journey that blends the line between lufe and death.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything. No job or career is perfect, but this organization is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
