It's a check. I only worked here for supplemental income while pursuing other endeavors.
Cons
Minimum pay. No room for growth being an aide. I'm sure if you received additional certifications, then you could apply for a different job within the organization, but staff is pretty distant and hands off. You are free to self-manage. They only care about you reporting your hours on time.
