Pros
Plenty of time off due to the fact you're working 24 hours a day if your management. You will literally have to flex your time because you will be on the phone after hours talking an employee through a problem easily solved via the new procedure put in place a week ago for said proble. 3 hour lunches for most management unless you take your job seriously, than you're alowing yourself a half hour. That's pretty much it.
Cons
If hired for middle management you will find out week one that you will not be given any sort of raise. You will be capped at the glorious amount of 34k a year. Your employees on the other hand are guaranteed raises even if they perform there job poorly. The only requirement for a raise is having a pulse. Management meetings consist of senior management describing new software that is put in place to minimize, if not eliminate any real work expected from HR. There are two HR employees. One being senior management. Senior management also have no idea how to use the software, but they will try to train you on how to use it.
