- Toxic culture and management, the founders change their mind regularly without regard for people's well-being. - Overworking the team - Changing goal posts which impacts how you are measured which isn't fair - Opinions are not heard, its a 'do what I say' environment It's unfortunate because it's a good product, but internally my experience as an employee was really poor, probably the worst place I've worked.
