      1. Good work life balance. 2. Good work environment. 3. everyone take ownership of their task. 4. hardworking employees, alot one can learn. 5. stress free and safe to work. 6. appreciation on good work.

      Cons

      1. Full Power is given to just one person and person is self oriented and biased on various things. 2. Salary is not balanced at all, between experienced and freshers. 3. Delay in Basic formalities. 4. lack of Rewards and recognitions.

      Pros

      The company invests heavily in its employees and makes sure that they have access to the tools necessary to be successful. Amazing leadership, culture, and products that put the customers first.

      Cons

      The company is growing rapidly and there are no major cons at the moment other than a lack of US benefits and insurance options which shall change in the upcoming year.
