Pros

I don’t normally write reviews, but I disagree with the all the negative reviews that have been previously posted here. Lifestyle Solutions Inc is not a tech industry that would have all the luxurious perks that can be offered to its employees. It is a small company where you can find the most hardworking and compassionate people working as one team. Based on the reviews I have read, every single one had stated that they have not worked for the company for a year and yet they have a lot of negative things to say especially about the CRO. Funny how they failed to mention how considerably accommodating the CRO has been with their vacation requests even if they have only been with the company for less than 6 months. Not to mention how generous the CRO with their incentives and compensations. My experience with the CRO is nothing like what is being portrayed on these reviews. She is compassionate and has a good heart, but some people misconstrued her drive to push you to go beyond your comfort zone. I found that challenging at first, but when I realized that she was helping me to grow and that is when I appreciated her even more. As for our CEO, again based on my interactions and experience with him, it is completely the opposite. He is genuinely nice, calm and approachable. He would usually say hi and ask how you are doing. I can’t think of a time when I’ve seen him show any kind of gestures of unprofessionalism. Most of the current employees here have worked for at least 10 to 15 years and yet they all still chose to stay. Every now and then employees would initiate Potlucks for team bonding, but it is on your own free will to participate and I am sure other companies have that too. As I have mentioned Lifestyle Solutions is not a tech company, but there are some perks that are given to the employees, like free snacks, lunch and Friday is half day to promote life balance. Every now and then despite how busy we get, our CRO is able to do company team building where we would go for outings, bowling and other fun things to do. It’s sad to hear that some past employees were not able to have the opportunity to have the same experiences as some of us may have, but let’s not easily judge the people behind the heart and soul of this company without even giving them a chance.

Cons

Can use a better ERP system

Pros

Management always taking days off.

Cons

I worked here for a less than year and found it to be the most unprofessional, and negative environment I have ever worked at. If you manage to negotiate a decent starting wage, be prepared for no review, no raise, no 401k, no promotions. The expectations and workload surpass the pay in most cases. This company is definitely not employee friendly. Perks are only for upper management and for the CEO's and CRO's friends and family that are employed there. Not a drop of humbleness and humility in the CEO's body. He constantly slams doors and interrupts the workflow. Caters lunches for him and "board members" (his friends) at meetings. But employees are asked to partake in pot lucks where we bring our own food. The man won't even acknowledge any low level employees or hold the door for you if you happen to be behind him. The CRO preaches accountability, teamwork and loyalty to her employees, but cannot be held responsible for any mishaps and will hang you out to dry for her own mistakes. First world profits, third world pay and attitude towards employees. Don't work here unless you need the job. But Keep your resume updated because you will want to leave soon.
