      Great communication with line manager Interested in the wellbeing of team members Open door policy Keen to help the team progress and develop Fun activities run by Social and Care Committee Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but with a focus on achieving great outcomes for Lifesure customers

      Pros

      A lot of great people, targets are achievable, team leaders are great.

      Cons

      Low base salary, there is a divide between upstairs and downstairs, they do pay into your qualifications (IF1), however if you wish to go further than where they want you they won’t accommodate.
