I have nothing bad to say about this company

I started out as an assistant doing activities and when the previous life enrichment coordinator left I stepped up. The director where I worked was supportive a minority of the time, but I think they had been doing it so long they were on their way to burning out

A lot to keep up as far as paperwork for little pay and benefits. If you aren’t a people person this isn’t the job for you.
