You get work half day’s every Friday. That’s all I can think of.
Cons
They don’t offer benefits, toxic culture, extremely poor management, disorganization, high turnover, low pay, lack of growth, unrealistic expectations, and inadequate training, leadership lacks accountability, contrasting with claims of flexibility or hypergrowth.
In other words…
Management is a serious issue: There is no clear direction or long-term vision from senior leadership. Decisions feel reactive and short-sighted.
Disorganized processes: Training was virtually non-existent, and internal processes are chaotic and inefficient.
