      Pros

      - Clear goal orientation with massive impact opportunities for contributions. - One of the best managers I've ever been working with. - AI team and its members is incredibly skilled, dynamic and driven. Great environment to get into. - So many perks - it's that Silicon Valley heaven - high performance culture, full focus on work and contribution possible.

      Cons

      In my time at LiftOff, I could not make out any negatives. I am truly impressed by the organization, people, and management behind it.

      Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas regardless of who you are. Great inclusive culture from the top down
