      Pros

      The work culture is 10/10. The people are personable and the work is interesting. The company growth is non-stop and there are plenty of chances for you to explore/expand your career. Liftoff’s work life balance is a rare gem in the valley.

      Cons

      A global team means you don’t always have the opportunity to deeply connect with international team members. To solve this, you just need to be more intentional with reaching out to find those connections.

      Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas regardless of who you are. Great inclusive culture from the top down
