Pros
The company is constantly evolving, which keeps things interesting! The leadership has a plan to turn the company around even if its not always clear to the employees. You just have to trust management knows what they are doing. AppLovin and Unity have grown far larger than Liftoff, but if the employees are willing to put in long hours I think there is a path back to profitability and growth. The center of influence here is in business development and sales. They are sort of the group that have the most power and influence so good to work in those groups.
Cons
On the flip side, technology and data science take a backseat at Liftoff. These groups have less influence and it can be slightly frustrating working in these groups. The valuation of the company hasn't quite grown as quickly as peers. If you took your money for Liftoff options and instead invested in the S&P 500 over the past 4 years, you would have made quite a bit more money. I hope the growth return to this company. The recent acquisitions from the Vungle side haven't worked out and it seems like there was a misunderstanding of the work it would take to integrate newly acquired companies. This has been a bit of a drag on the company's success.
