Pros
Good at making empty promises. Started off as a close friendly bunch that were helpful.
Cons
Management is shocking, there's too many for a start and half don't manage people very well. Overload you with work when you're an apprentice even when your exams are coming up, make you do everyone else's work + your own + apprentice work for peanuts. Once I was nearing my EPA all support went out of the window I just got overlooked and ignored. I got made redundant before my actual exam was set to take place so that was a waste of time/effort. They don't care about your mental health and will ignore your concerns/messages/emails about it. Felt like I was used and did not provide what was advertised - I got training in two areas when it was meant to be in ALL areas.
