Pros
Anyone who wasn't in leadership was a very cool person. It's also fun to see the projects that they work on, and some big name clients come through. The facilities are also very nice.
Cons
They promise getting hired from within very quickly, along with plenty of cool benefits, but all they delivered on was a massive workload that continuously got stacked on while getting paid minimum wage. They have no problem taking advantage of time and labor while giving almost nothing in return. The leadership was demanding without being constructively communicative, and were sometimes openly incredibly rude. The clients were often the same, with no support offered from leadership in those cases. The colorists were given the most preferred treatment, so if you're a colorist then maybe it's worth working here. Otherwise, it's a painful experience.
