Cons
- The management decided lay offs at one night with not taking in mind that they have hired people in the previous month, only to fire them. - Even for Greece the wages are very low and the performance reviews are made annually, but even if you are a top performer you will only get a 3% gross raise. Also the performance reviews are the most slow reviews in a company ever, 6 months to finish. - Career development within the company is also slow, the management rarely gives promotions. - Even that is a tech company they dont have a learning platform for all employees. Financially is not good as they say - Upper management seems to not care at all about your personal development and growth within the company. - HR seems to also not care and try to take some actions from the surveys or run a market wage analysis.
