The pay for an intern is ok

I had the opportunity to work with some very talented and dedicated people and gained strong experience in healthcare technology. The work itself was meaningful, fast-paced, and often very collaborative, which I appreciated.

There were periods of shifting priorities and budget adjustments that sometimes created uncertainty around long-term planning and role stability. Communication about organizational changes and decisions wasn’t always as transparent or timely as it could have been, and stronger leadership support and trust would have helped teams navigate those shifts more confidently.
