Pros
EXTREMELY relaxed work environment. When its busy, and you have meaningful things to do you feel pretty worthwhile and can actually learn quite a bit and get great experience. Everyone is entirely approachable which is very nice. You never have any idea what you will be doing for the day which keeps it exciting.
Cons
When its slow... its very slow and you may have nothing to do for an entire day. Alot of very menial tasks that are designated for interns. Limited opportunity for hands on experience.
