Pros
- Data is world-class and a great product - Work-life balance is pretty good - Not decisively making the world worse (like a lot of other tech companies) - Lots of great people, only some duds
Cons
- Pay can be below market - Leadership can be pretty ADHD, always chasing the newest, coolest thing - Business processes are being revamped to scale, but time will tell if things actually improve - Lots of 'penny-wise, pound-foolish' decisions - Pressure to outsource and cut costs seems pretty high
