Pros
Vacation is generous. Pay is somewhat competitive. 401k match is good, 6%. The team is lenient with learning (training) and understanding processes on just about all levels. Business has been around for over 40 years. Multicultural management staff.
Cons
Management and employees turn too quickly for this environment. Tenure is an issue almost everywhere. Change isn't bad with great processes, but this business is struggling well that part.
