Pros

I have been with Lighthouse for a few years now and while it has been a difficult job and a tough industry to be in, I thoroughly enjoy my coworkers and managers at Lighthouse. I have had 3 different direct managers I report to and all of them have been nothing short of excellent. They truly care about me and want to help me succeed and grow within the company. Lighthouse does a great job at doing their best to try and promote with a good work-life balance, which is very tough to do in this industry. I always feel like i have the support of my peers and I need assistance in any way, I know I have many people I can go to. Lighthouse also does a great job at investing in their employees. If you aren't satisfied in your current role, Lighthouse highly encourages you to look into open roles in other departments.

Cons

The work life balance can be tough but I have a manager that helps me work towards a better work life balance every day. I can also feel underpaid as I am a salary employee and do not get paid overtime, which my typical work week is well over 40 hours a week.

Pros

Great PTO and WFH. Amazing people i worked with. Truly the reason I stayed as long as I did. The PAC (HR) team js helpful and cares.

Cons

Layoffs are every year. You need to be billable but sales staff has been decimated. I pretty well knew I was next to be chopped. Since the CEO change, it has been down hill. Management changed and it went from feeling welcome to feeling like a burden. Leadership has changed a lot and has become distant and cold. I went from feeling like I was valued to just being low hanging fruit for an easy cost cut while the leader got promoted.
