      Pros

      Through this company has the potential to expand into deep compliance and the it staff can go the extra mile. It doesn't.

      Cons

      Don't risk your career going here unless you are a true legal person or eDiscovery person. Limited offerings, sort sighted and slow to evolve. Like a 25 year start up, everything is the 1st time thatbthey've done things.

      Pros

      Great PTO and WFH. Amazing people i worked with. Truly the reason I stayed as long as I did. The PAC (HR) team js helpful and cares.

      Cons

      Layoffs are every year. You need to be billable but sales staff has been decimated. I pretty well knew I was next to be chopped. Since the CEO change, it has been down hill. Management changed and it went from feeling welcome to feeling like a burden. Leadership has changed a lot and has become distant and cold. I went from feeling like I was valued to just being low hanging fruit for an easy cost cut while the leader got promoted.
