Pros
I have worked at Lighthouse for 2 years, and I feel like I have 'found my tribe'. Everyone I work with is welcoming, supportive and caring. Being a remote first company suits my personal circumstances, and I know if I have an issue I will get the support I need. The culture is very good, even being a remote company. I appreciate the honesty of the Leadership Team. In all hands calls if a tricky question is asked, an honest answer is given. That has been a new experience for me! My manager is probably the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with during my entire professional career. I truly believe that Lighthouse are on an upward trajectory, and the future is very bright.
Cons
Some of the systems need updating, but this is happening and I have no reason to believe that this will continue.
