      Pros

      The residents were wonderful, I actually felt sorry for them.

      Cons

      front desk personality left alot to be desired. spoke to people very abrupt, and rough around the edges, no class at all throughout the facility. Residents were paying top dollar for poor service all the way around. I had a lot of things stolen, yet know one seemed to care.

      Residents and Residents families make the job rewarding

      Cons

      Poor management! Understaffed, ignores it's own policies; does not compensate employees as promised for incentives offered by the company, ignores employee complaints, fails to communicate with residents families especially inregards to complaints
