My favorite part about working at LMI is that while everyone is given wide latitude and authority to make decisions that will impact the business, there is a culture of support and respect when you need help.
Cons
As with most local businesses that started small, there are growing pains in terms of processes and procedures being consistent. Luckily, these are not insurmountable, and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions.
