Pros

Absolutely nothing positive about this company or the staff.

Cons

This is by far the most toxic job Ive ever had. I lost all motivation and drive working for this company. Upper management was unsupportive and did not care to listen to solutions. They constantly added more and more work to your plate without ever recognizing the effort. Worst part was they never cared about the patients or the care we were providing. It was always all about the money and how we could make more. Zero focus on quality or the well being of patients. The coworkers I had were some of the most miserable people I have ever met. Everyone was rude, unfriendly, and tried to sabotage one another. HR blatantly ignores all formal complaints of harassment and toxic work environment. The benefits are minimal and the pay is awful. Well below the average in the area.

Pros

If you are looking to stretch your leadership skills, Lightshare offers an invaluable opportunity to strengthen your ability to navigate and guide your team with confidence. It also allows you to practice building strong connections with the community while cultivating a resilient and collaborative approach.

Cons

Like most agencies, program changes are often driven by funding shifts. This can create uncertainty and require leaders to be flexible and innovative in order to maintain program quality. As a leader, you may need to get creative with resources, adapt strategies quickly, and inspire your team to stay motivated during times of transition.
