Pros
I've seen a lot of positive change at Lillian in my time here. The company has been focused on putting the right people in place to make things run more efficiently, and it shows. They genuinely value their employees and want what's best for them—even if that means supporting a transition to new opportunities.
Recently, they revamped the benefits package to be more employee-friendly, adding extra PTO and more flexibility in work schedules. As the overall skill level of the team has risen, processes and procedures have improved as well. Lillian has plenty of room to grow, and they’re actively working to position themselves for that next level.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, just a personal preference—I’d love to see a bit more flexibility with remote work.
