Good company for young, inexperienced staff to learn a trade. The review about HR was certainly not how I experienced the team - everything was treated in strict confidence and not once did I ever feel that I was treated unfairly or likely to be gossiped about. Good working morale within the teams. Rewarding to know the products can help train medical staff and change lives not only in the UK, but worldwide.
